So im new here.. first post ever.. but my questions/problems are thus

I got banned from amazon for returning an item i bought from a seller... the item was broken and apparently when i returned it to the seller he got me banned by saying I BROKE IT.. which i didnt.. i guess either he sent a broken item OR USPS broke it. point is im stuck without an account now...

So ive read a couple how to's for Banned Sellers, but i wanted to ask is the rules the same for Banned BUYERS?

Like for instance.. do i need to make a UPS Store PO Box/Address or can i just make a new debit card name, New PC User, Buy/return my Cable Modem, ect and it'll be fine?

My brother who lives in the same house as me didnt get banned.. but he has his own computer.. so thats why it puzzles me.. why didnt he get banned if the Home Address is a problem? i mean i really dont want to pay 15 bucks a month for a UPS Store PO Box/Address if i dont need too..
sorry if this is all coming out sounding stupid but this is the first time ive been banned from any online store.. my Ebay account is still in good standing so i might just end up using it.. especially if Amazon is going to take the sellers word over mine.. even when i sent pictures..

the worst of all of this is i sent the item BACK to the seller and he still has my money.. when amazon banned me they said "Tough" so he gets to keep my money AND the item? i filed a claim with my debit card company though.. not sure how much help that will be, but its better than nothing at all right?
