Hello BHW,
Crypto is booming is crazy and I think in the coming 5-6 months it will see its highest growth when the market adoption will reach 2-3% so best time to invest is RIGHT NOW. You will regret if you pass on this opportunity to learn and know about crypto, its here to stay.
BTC is at $4600 currently and will triple in the upcoming 6-8 months..
My Aim is to be a Crypto Millionaire ɃɃɃɃɃ!!! within this time of next year(I already have a small plan in my mind ready to execute
) and donate some of that to the needy ones in my local area.
I am creating this journey thread to motivate myself and help others who are trying to get into crypto, I am by no means an expert in anyway, I just got in like almost a month ago and have been taking it seriuosly since then.
I have read a LOT about it since then and have gained pretty decent knowledge about it. You can ask any kind of noob questions here and I'll try to answer them(if I know hah), just one thing DON'T PM ME.. whatever you wanna ask just post it here, it may happen that other user may have that same question.
Anyway..
So, This is my first time giving crypto a shot, I started with almost 0.090 btc and now I am at almost 0.12 btc
Yobit and Bittrex are trading platforms.
On Yobit: I made decent ROI at first but lost more later, there are coins getting pumped and dumped left right, unless you want to buy long term coins its ok to use it but I would reccomend using against it, just use bittrex its the best one out there.
on Yobit I deposited 0.03 btc and within a week it went to 0.01, sadly I was part of few so called pump and dump groups which never worked as the coin was already pumped and as soon as I bought it got dumped, fking hell.
Yobit has very low volume on altcoins so its easy to manipulate the market there. Bittrex on the other hand has VERY high volume for altcoins(I think it has the higest) so only big whales are able to do it. So Bittrex is my main trading plarform.
Right now I have the following coins:
NEO - 5
GNT - 18
QTUM - 157
DAR - 32
of which only DAR coin is at loss for me.
Basic strategy is to Buy Low and Sell High I think everyone knows this, but its hard to predict if the current price is low enough to buy or it will go lower if I buy in now..
I will update this thread every few days or even daily if there is any big news about any particular coin or If I buy a new coin and sold one.

2. Coinbase
3. Xapo
Crypto Trading Exchanges list:
Bittrex(Recommended) - Mostly people use this and has highest security.
Yobit(Not Recommended) - Pump and Dump going for altcoins
Poloniex(Stay Away) - Worst customer service in the history of mankind!!
There are many others but they are popular in certain countries and allow deposit from certain countries only.
