I buy aged accounts with previous ad history and around $3 spent (no payment has been made yet though), after buying and creating a campaign it gets approved its eligible but wont start getting impressions until 15-24 hours later, this is manual review right?

If so, how can i avoid manual review and have my ad start running right after approval? Is there certain accounts that are better than the ones im buying or anything else i can do differently?

1. Use a separate IP (preferably a residential proxy)
2. Don't operate multiple accounts in the same environment
3. Don't switch IPs / languages / browser fingerprints too often
4. Set your budget low (less than $20/day)
5. Try to be consistent in terms of regional positioning and account IP regions
6. Choosing aged google account with spending history.

I never really understood that part.
Why is it bad to switch IP? As long as it is the same region and ISP it shouldnt be a big deal imo.
Normal routers also get a new IP every 24h, I guess most of users dont have a static IP...

you should warm the account manually first instead of launching ads right away and avoid launching high-risk ads within 5 minutes of login
