Autoposting to forum threads in 2021

Ive been looking into software that does the above, but I don't necessarily want to focus on linkbuilding, primary focus is to built trustworthy accounts by posting engaging content.

Is there a tool that is able to watch a folder or an rss that updates new posts with images that I can push in a particular thread?

Read about Xrumor and GSA but dont know if they have the ability to do specifically that sort of thing on autopilot.

I see, this method would be used to have two personas engage in a conversation, though I don't necessarily need that in the first place that would be very handy specifically when you want to built the links more naturally. For my initial usecase though, the posts in that same specific thread can come from one account, they will be random posts within a certain topic but with only contained a picture (or additionally perhaps a video).
