I am sure they are getting more than they can answer, however they need to respond even with an auto-responder that they have received my email. They had no troubles taking my money or sending me an email to sell more services, but no response in 4 days to my email or chat. If a company that is automated and accepts orders (and has a statement on their website that the services are working at 100% at time of purchase) MUST respond with at minimum an auto response that my inquiry has been received. It isn't that difficult and is only good business practice.
I have been in touch with other services and they have had much better customer service. Those are the services and companies that will get my repeat business.
Money is tight for a lot of people and I need to know that the money I give a company is not just being tossed into a black hole. I need it and would not have spent it had the website not said specifically that the service was 100% operational and back online.
Okay in your first message you said 48 hours, now you said 4 days. Yes 4 days is a while, and yes it is not great business practice on their part. And yes they will probably lose your business.
My point was for the first time in SMM Instagram history, things literally change every hour of the day. So I just meant to give them some time. I have had some orders cancelled mid order because they are making updates.
Also check your order history. If Services weren't delivered you are not supposed to be charged. That is all automated, it credits back in my experience. If I don't receive my full order.
Hopefully everything is back to normal soon.
