Automatic Round Bot for Telegram

Hi guys,

I've just started a new Engagement group, and I wanted to create an Automatic Round Bot like this one:

Anyone an idea how to do this?
And where to find such bots.

Just type telegram bot into Google and you'll find a bunch.

Not a bot like the one is the picture above.

It's just different messages. The bot does what you tell it to do.

My question is where and how to find an already finished bot.
Or how to code them.

Telegram bots use the same API, it's trivial to modify. The responses to each kind of messages are customized for each channel.
