Automate Manual Scrape + Contact Process / Software Recommendations?

I'm searching for software that can automate a manual process. Here's the process:

1. Visit website
2. Look for client listings
3. Click on client listing
4. Log client data
5. Click on client URL
6. Visit client URL and log more client data
7. Search for web contact form, if present, submit template info (solve captcha if present)
8. Search for contact email, if present, send template email
9. Log all completed actions

Any software recommendations are appreciated. Thanks!

You see the real deal is that it might be a little bit hard to find the exact program to do the work you want, cause this is kinda specific work i mean you dont need for example to scrape lets say websites from google, which is used public by a lot of people.

If you have some spare money, you can hire a programmer to make this program for you, im not sure what the price range is about, but if coding isnt very hard it wont cost you a dime and you will have your own program which AUTOMATES your manual work. When you can invest your time into something else

Is there a good talent pool for this type of work on BHW or some other site that you recommend?

Try to hit a "Hire A Freelancer" section here in BHW it is always good when BHW community have some work.
