Auto Add To New Facebook Groups

Is there a bot out there or script/ macro that will auto add your entire friend list to a new stlye facebook group? They have upgraded the facebook groups very recently and now they even show the people who have already been added. (Therefore you can't spam your keyboard anymore, e.g. R+Enter,R+Enter,R+Enter,R+Enter etc etc.)
