Okay, so I'm finally starting up a thread on here, which I hope will allow me to meet some really great people, gather some ideas and stay motivated.
Details As Of June 5th, 2017:
The site's traffic is about 50/50 between social media and search engine traffic. Luckily, the social media accounts have some very engaged fans. Usually, I do best with Amazon, but there were some great months with Amazon. Unfortunately, with the latest Amazon updates, things aren't going as well as they used to. Let's hope I can find a way to counteract this.
If any of you are familiar with the celeb niche and know some programs that work well for it, please feel free to post a reply with your suggestions and I'll check into them.
My Plan:
I've been in IM for a long time, and I know that the absolute #1 thing is working your ass off consistently. It's not about how much you read, or how much knowledge you have -- it's about doing. Therefore, I'm going to have to put in the effort every single day.
This is especially true, considering the niche I'm in. With this type of niche, you can have some quality content here and there, but it's mostly about numbers. Luckily, I'm a writer, so I won't have to hire anyone to do any of that.
Even though I've been into IM for a long time, I never really got hardcore into SEO. I know all about the practices, but I never got into major analyzation using tools. I know that I'm going to have to start doing this. At first, I thought I was going to be screwed into shelling out major cash, but then I found out about group buys and then after a little research, I found out about private accounts. That being said, thanks to @MisterF , I now have access to SEMRush and Ahrefs at a reasonable rate.
I've been going through SEMRush and trying to familiarize myself with it. If you know of any guides or have any tips, please feel free to share them in this post. Even though I have Ahrefs, I haven't even logged into the account yet. I need to do this asap, I know. Speaking of which; do you prefer SEMRush or Ahrefs? Please let me know.

So,
- Analyze my site's SEO more thoroughly.
- Get some backlinks.
- Acquire more social media followers.
- Possibly purchase some SEO packages on here in the future, and see if there's truly a difference.
- Re-invest 50% of monthly earnings into the site in some form or another.
- Continue to educate myself with the resources on BHW and other sites.
