Hello everybody, I have a channel for TOP10 , and i want to make some video with "TOP 10 Music of This month " and i make a litle of the music in the video?
That's legal or not ?
You can receive copyright stike for that. Youtube doesnt care and if a network reports you, you will get a strike, especially if your channel is new, even if it falls under fair use.
