I want to get into youtube as well but don't know of any other way to make my own videos. What's a good and legal way without breaking youtube video terms?
Would like to have my own videos and monetize it.

Do some research, apply some thinking, bring out your creativity. Make something people will love to see. There are a hell lot of options on YouTube. The bad boyz know that and they milk it lol.
