1.) What do you think is the smarter approach, ranking a few videos for a lot of keywords or split the keywords and rank one video per kw?
Obviously making and ranking one video per keyword is much more work and much more expensive, but it does take a lot of variance out of the game.
Have you ever tested what is more profitable over a decent sample-size?
2.) Another question, do you think embedding the video on various sites/blogs has a "big" impact on the rankings?
I was thinking of buying a bunch of cheap PR2 & PR3 Tumblrs/Blogspots/Wordpress/ and build some kind of "embedding blog network", worth the effort or wasted time compared to the difference it makes? What do you think?
3.) Oh, and one more... In what order would you value social signals to YT videos? (Google Plus most important or FaceBook most important or even mix?)

yes. i talk about Youtube ads and 90% traffic from US but CPC always is 0.06 - 0.07
Yes, it is possible. You basically upload videos to youtube, enable monetization, connect with Adsense account and Youtube will start showing ads on your videos if there are no copyrights infringement. Basically very simple

Embedding does help, if done on high pr sites, that is a known method to boost rankings. I will say concentrate on less videos and doing more work per video, that is the professional way to do it. Beside, you need to test and see what works well for you, in respect with the budget and resources you have.

Sir I can't tell all that in one post, but I say this that it is easy to do. You need to make some serious attempt. Make good quality unique videos, rather than copying from others and put good content in description. For YouTube movie videos had worked always. Also health products are good.
