Thanks! Do you think views matter to get videos ranked on google... I see videos with hardly any views on 1st page. What backlinks do you recommend for low competition keywords for google? Also, is URL shortners too spammy or should we use domain to send to sales page?

Views matter on YouTube, but are not a factor in Google rankings {atleast by my experience}, for backlinks it depends on the resources you have, if you have seo tools, you can do it yourself, or you can get gigs from Fiverr. For low competition, get a few thousand backlinks which are a mix of different type of backlinks. Also, embed your videos on high pr sites, these are very helpful.
I will prefer domain to a url shortener, although it doesn't matter much but still to be on the safe side get a domain. Gives you more authority and trust.

How can I prevent my videos getting deleted (Original videos but buying views)

I have been heard a buzz that YT can be use to make money using Adsense and some other affiliation.As an xpart i need you show me a bullet proof method .I am noob in this field.Sorry for such a silly question.

Brother, it depends on the niche. If it is something related to movie, hacks e.t.c then YouTube will delete it or even one flag from your competitor will get it deleted. Otherwise, mostly your videos get deleted when you competitors flag it out of jealousy or they feel you are making money while they are not.

@avi619 what is your full mate . I think we both have the same name.
As for flagging , your video content is legitimate, then you should not worry about flagging. Most of the YouTube content that we guys here put are blackhat type so we need to accept 25% around flagging and move on.
