What you think about the cloaker "noip" did u use it?

I used to work with JCI, but in a new project I'm involved they use noip as cloaker and they have a lot of circumventing

(Im running gambling camps)

Hi there,

I have just started a G-ads which im gonna use it to do gambling marketing soon.
At this point I am currently waiting for google's response for the Business Verifications.

Ideally, how long I should keep the white keywords on my ads? and how i can add the "black keywords" safely?

First of all thank you for the great info.
I'm doing G-Ads gambling campaign for about a year, this month feel like something going on with google.
A lot of my accout got suspended and I feel like this month I almost didnt mange to make any new campaign fully black.
Do you have any suggestions maybe new strategies?
I will be super happy if you could DM me
 
I have always wondered so you do link cloaking to trick the platform, but I'm wondering do you target keywords or do you do purely visual ads?

You will get banned eventually but if you cloak it properly and have the right setup / accounts / warm up it should run for a few weeks / months at least.

I know a guy who spend a lot with gambling, he uses horse race license for google ads, but he dont tell me how he get this license, do you know something about it?
 
I have a debt with Google Adsense from years ago. How can I use their services again? I don't have access to this account anymore, but it seems that they still know about my debts whenever I try to create a new account.

Not really, its strict as always, but works pretty well for me still.

Use adspower + static proxy + agency accounts. Problem solved.
