That's very vague, need more detail. In general, just make sure your quality score is above 3/10 at least.
There is not much you need to tweak there, just simply put the whitepage and your moneypage, target location and thats it.

I’m sure they started with “best hotels” at the beginning.
How do they end up with a such ad? It’s not about the casino hotels … I’m sure they do somehow bypass the review process. How?

I simply told you who i rent my accounts from, since you asked. And you were spam calling me so i blocked you. Whatever business you did with my account supplier is your responsibility. I've been working with him for a long time, and he always delivers. So stop spreading lies.
Its just proper warmup etc. But aggressive headlines like that will get the account banned faster. So i don't recommend.
