Do you use one interest per adset? Or stack interests into one adset and separate later?

CBO works well when you try to find working flow or testing ideas.
Adset level budget are good when you try to leverage the ad spend on already working creatives.
It's always worth it, when you're targeting the right audience in facebook. Try to run different campaigns, set up pixel audience and test it. You should match up the right audience for facebook algorithms depends on your content/product and it will bring you more profit.I guess its more generic question, but it includes ads, so here it goes.
Is it worth buying Facebook likes? More thinking about credibility when running ad campaigns, could it improve it? On the other hand, useless likes are useless and could mess with the Facebook algorithms as these followers will be very low quality and won't engage with any future content posted on the page.

Facebook doesn't trust much for BINs of those banks since they've been used by affiliates and got a lot of not-paid bills, that's one of the reasons the card gets marked as "high-risk payment"
But try using the cards which affiliates can not get

what is necessary is

Card type is simple Credit is always better than a debit even the once with 0 overdraft. Because Facebook see a higher chance for the bill be paid
and you need as high Card Level as you can get. the best performing once are:

For AMEX we found the cards working completely random from really good results to complete nothing
the problem is that the cards like this are pricy and hard to get once. In Russia you can get only 1 from the bank for the price around ∽50-80$ per month!

It all depends on the capabilities of your account. If you have an account without a limit, you can run ads on look-alike audience. Make a similar audience by your mail (1-3%) and run ads with tests of different ads (something should get hooked)

Even pros can't get any campaign profitable 9/10 tests give you 0 money
but the 10th might give x100 out your spends per test

Thank you for taking your time with this thread! My question: without being bias since you're offering cloud FB accounts, how would you go about setting up a brand new Facebook account for ads? Proxies? Warming up strategies? Any tips would be appreciated since I'm one a searching-spree right now searching for best solutions here!
