Had an ad running for a month it was doing great I paused it for five days then ran it for a few minutes just to spend money paused it again for three more days. I then turned it on spent its full budget and it performed just as normal. I then paused it for one day turned it back on and my CPM and cpc are slightly lower but the traffic is just not converting. Any ideas?

Does lookalike works on Gambling ad? Like everytime I create custom audience/lookalike ad/pixel, Facebook block my ad account instantly or very soon.
and I'm using shortlink redirect to whatsapp.
any idea to open business account on new account/empty old account? FB blocks instantly once I created BM

So the learning phase restarted again? If that's the case should I just lower the budget to say $50 let it run for three days and it should hopefully sort itself out? Frequency is also at a 1.0 to 1.09

2. can i use different paypal account name for different FB name?
3. so i can't use the same laptop again for creating another BM, is it ok just to change the MAC adress, computer name but the same IP (ip is changing from the internet provider)

What ad did you launch?
1,2 - Yes. But if your PP was blocked on 1 account, you will not be able to start it anymore.
3 - You need to use a completely new computer (e.g. new macbook profile) and then you can use your account again for advertising and new ip.
