Hello, I'm brand new to this forum and I think it's awesome, I hope I'm posting right, here goes....
So I have an ebay account, I maxed it out for the year by making 19,900, I pulled the plug at that amount because I didn't wanna go over 20,000 and have to pay taxes, I left that account with a delinquent balance to ebay for about 425 dollars in sellers fees, I plan on using that account again come the 1st of the year so I plan on paying that to keep it in good standing but as for now it has been suspended, Sooooo, last night I started posting on a friends ebay account, to sell some of the stuff I have left over, I posted about 15 things last night and about 20 today, using the same computer that I use when I post on my regular account, well they stopped me in the middle of completing a posting to say I've went over the 5,000 dollar max on his account and to call ebay to have the limit extended, so I had him call and they had him on hold for a while and came back to him and said was he familiar with my account (my original one that's delinquent) and that they've linked the 2 accounts as being together and that because my account owes money that they can't do anything for him, the conversation ended and they took all the postings off his account, so now I'm FREAKING out, I assume they found out what was happening because I used the same iPhone (and IP address) to post the listings on his account as I do on my account, I'm scared that I've broken some kind of law, or that I'm gonna get taxed now on the 19,900 on my other account, and that his account will be messed up for good now, please let me know all that can happen to me, I was stupid, but I didn't know if create this much chaos, or am I just being paranoid for nothing, so PLEASE let me know what I can do to fix this, and please let me know of I'll be in any kind of trouble, weather it be legal or with taxes, I only sold one thing on his account, but since i haven't been down this road before I'm a little worries, THANK YOU SO MUCH

OP has forgotten this thread more than 1 year ago. His last response was on 14th April, 2013, (on page 9), and one before that was way back in 2012!!! So stop using this thread, unless he shows any interest in continuing the good communications.
I don't blame him though, and it is always better to begin asking questions to other knowledgeable members on other threads. I hope that such threads that go no where are better closed, until the OP requests to have it opened once again...

Hi! I'm going to sell some items on eBay! I'd like to ask you if I'm a seller with Paypal, is there any risk that buyer (in case he's a scammer) can chargeback and let my paypal account go negative? If I ship the item with tracking code, the buyer can't chargeback? Because I'm going to sell some collections of precious items on eBay to make some money, so I want to sell them fast and Paypal is good to use, I just want to be sure that there are no buyers scammers around that ask for you chargeback, thanks for your time.

Anyways, on to my question:
I am in the process of making multiple stealth accounts.
I haven't decided how to make them however, here are the options I am faced with:
Make Canadian Paypal accounts with USA eBay accounts
Or Make Canadian PayPal accounts with Canadian eBay accounts (I like the idea of Canadian PayPals because they don't require SSN -right?)
Or Gather up as much info on my friends and family and use their info, with permission, to make accounts (SSN included)
Or Make USA PayPal accounts with USA ebay accounts, and rotate through "dirty" paypal accounts (faked info accounts that will never get SSNs)
Also I may just do all of the above. (Are any of the above ideas bad?)
With ALL of these accounts I would set them up through Auctiva with a REAL IP address at first (An IP that has never been used by any of my other accounts, nor will it ever be used), after that though I would avoid logging back on those accounts (As it would be hard for me to get another Canadian IP for example) I would then use Auctiva to list my items and print off shipping labels from the accounts I created. So another question would be: If I use Auctiva to list my items and to print/buy shipping labels would Auctiva give paypal/ebay my IP address?
The item I sell isn't technically VeRO but it has been confused as such, about once a month (1 time out of 600 sales)
I sell about 20 of said item a day (This is with Power$eller, without it I sell about 5-10)
Price of item is a little over 10$
Also any tips on how to get a real life address that I can actually receive items at for stealth accounts? (So far I have considered PO box made to look like a street address, I have also considered local houses that are for sale)

Is it better to go to ebay.de or ebay.co.uk to sell if you live in Europe? Or it doesn't really matter?

New-Bee here. Hello everyone, I hope that all is doing successfully! I have been an eBay member since 2005.
My issue and questions are as follows:
I was selling product (X) and they were selling fairly well. After about a month, I had sold product (X) to a buyer that after receiving the product claimed that is was fake. So after trying to reason with this idiot, and explaining to him that this was not a fake/copy product that I was aware of. I told him to send the product back, and I would refund him the total amount back to him via paypal. He insisted that I also paid for the shipping back to him in addition to getting a full refund. BTW- I did have a NO RETURN POLICY! So after trying to bend over backwards for this idiot, he went to paypal and filed a claim and said the product was a fake. So a long story short, My add was taken down from eBay, and I did refund him his money, but told him I would not pay for the shipping cost to return it, as paypal said I was not responsible. So now eBay is telling me not to list this product (X) anymore or they will terminate my account. All BS to me!
I would like to know if eBay does terminate your account, is there a way to create another one? I have heard of stealth accounts, but don't know that much about them. Are there other ways around this eBay/PayPal jail? Anyone looking to teach or help me, I am all ears
BTW- Does anyone know how to contact the Original Poster? Looks like he has vanished-lol

Yes, but you have to provide all new everything to ebay, that means EVERYTHING. New, IP, new name, new address, new everything. If you mix a single old info with a new eBay account, they will link it and close it within hours.

It only matters in exposure. It's been my experience that in some items being on the main site actually gives you better exposure in .de or .uk
