So in other words once you get banned, it's over? So I would have to have all new name, IP, address and I imagine I couldn't use paypal either. Would have to change my identity I guess, which would suck. eBay is such a p-o-s!

I really never picked a fight. He was just an impatient moron! I really tried to make things good, but he kind of like went to paypal and opened a dispute to get his money back, even after I told him to ship it back and would refund him fully. BTW- it was free shipping. So there is no other way to get another eBay account like a stealth account or something?
Also would like to know this---> Lets say you have a good contact with good products. And lets say that some of the products are copies/clones that you may not be aware of. So you start selling them on eBay, and someone complains that the product is a copy. I guess you are screwed, blued, and tattooed with eBay?
Can you explain this eBay drone going over your account. I am unfamiliar with this. Thanks again!

Yes, pretty much, especially once you get accused of selling fakes. Remember, ebay doesn't care if your product is real or not as long as they can show that they take tough action against people accused of selling fakes to actual copyright holders, so they don't get sued. Just being accused of selling a fake gets you dinged with them.

Dude, being accused of selling fakes is like the biggest no no with eBay, even if your stuff is 100% legit. What's the better outcome for you, giving this moron seven bucks for free shipping or not being able to sell on this account again?

Basically the way it happens is if your account gets flagged for something, or you call in for anything, some eBay drone will manually go over your listings and your account information. This way, you're putting your account at risk every time you get flagged or some moron complains about you. So you should avoid in all instances eBay reviewing your account. Even if you're right and the buyer is a moron, in most cases it's just not worth it arguing over seven dollars.

I have started with ebay. Any trick to create new listing with multiple items on new ebay account ?
My experience is that unless you come up with new key words in the title and listing that no one else is using, it takes time and high DSR's to get hits on your listing. In my accounts i see a big bump up on all my listings at around 50-100 feed back and then another big bump up at around 500. After 500, it's just a matter of finding items to sell and shipping quickly then you will keep getting repeated sales because eBay keeps bumping your listings up on searches.
I was an eBay seller for about a year, then one day I was suspended indefinitely for selling duplicate items on different accounts. The to make it worse, they continued to bill me for my seller store and said that If I didn't pay the fees, they would send it to collections. Which they did.
open to suggestions.
Looks like time to create stealth accounts. Even if those accounts are reinstated, they will be watched by eBay.

New-Bee here. Hello everyone, I hope that all is doing successfully! I have been an eBay member since 2005.
My issue and questions are as follows:
I was selling product (X) and they were selling fairly well. After about a month, I had sold product (X) to a buyer that after receiving the product claimed that is was fake. So after trying to reason with this idiot, and explaining to him that this was not a fake/copy product that I was aware of. I told him to send the product back, and I would refund him the total amount back to him via paypal. He insisted that I also paid for the shipping back to him in addition to getting a full refund. BTW- I did have a NO RETURN POLICY! So after trying to bend over backwards for this idiot, he went to paypal and filed a claim and said the product was a fake. So a long story short, My add was taken down from eBay, and I did refund him his money, but told him I would not pay for the shipping cost to return it, as paypal said I was not responsible. So now eBay is telling me not to list this product (X) anymore or they will terminate my account. All BS to me!
I would like to know if eBay does terminate your account, is there a way to create another one? I have heard of stealth accounts, but don't know that much about them. Are there other ways around this eBay/PayPal jail? Anyone looking to teach or help me, I am all ears
BTW- Does anyone know how to contact the Original Poster? Looks like he has vanished-lol

Sell other items and build up your sales history. Once you get your DSRs good return to selling the old product. Don't create another account, you risk getting banned over something that is solvable.

Yes it is possible. I use WordPress for my website and I have a plugin called ebay lister which does exactly what you are asking for.If you are not using wordpress then you may need something else. Thanks
