I have been working to purchase genuine products but have run into a batch of items that look very legit but I have a few reasons to believe they are knock off and just high quality knock off. Should I just sell them fast and cheap to get rid of them using normal means or maybe just Craigslist them off to avoid any online problems? I've been worried about listing them although I assume if they are knockoff if no one I know can tell and I can't tell i'd probably get away with it.

Hi, I am at my wit's end. I have recently had a listing removed by Egay and was given a selling restriction for 30 days. My fb score is 457 and am a power seller. I was selling a variety of items, the item in question were replicas, but I had sold them successfully to many buyers. How can I go around this so I can continue to sell? I can"t wait 30 days to make money, this is my only source of income?

Ebay does'nt hate sellers, per se.
They simply don't like it when sellers violoate their TOS, regardless of if you're a top rated powerseller or not.
Chanel sued ebay for millions of dollars a few years back because their system was flooded with a bunch of fakes, guess what Chanel won.
So now, ebay does whatever they can do to prevent people selling replicas.
If you break the law and get caught, don't blame the police.. blame yourself for a) braking the law and/or b) getting caught. Either way, it's your fault.
I used to have the same mentality, unltil i realized that it was my fault at the end of the day, i was the biggest anti ebay seller, yet i relied on ebay to make money.. once i went legit i've never had a problem with accounts.. besides duplicate listings.. which was my fault.
obey the rules and you'll enjoy your time on ebay.

As for my question,
A) I have created a brand new eBay account and Paypal with a new bank and all (since my last had a bad mishap), and I have a feedback score of (1). I would like to know how difficult it will be for me to get into eBay sales. By this, I mean how difficult will it be to sell considering people will see me as a new seller, and won't want to take a risk.

I have noticed a seller recently over the past couple of months who has had a lot of negative feedback but the day/couple of days after it has vanished. This feedback also hasn't been revised (as the same number of revisions is always the same). Some of these comments are very unlikely to be revised anyway. For example I looked at it a few days ago and there were six negatives in one day and when I look a couple of days later bam...every one has gone and their score has gone back up to 100% this has been happening over the past three months I would say and there have been loads of negative feedbacks just removed and not one revised, I can't help being curious as to how this could have happened, ebay are unlikely to have removed that many and some of the comments there were none that violated ebay's policies, any idea as to how this is being done?

It seems like the op has gotten busy and doesn't have time to answer a lot of these posts... I am an ebay education specialist listed in ebays university directory as well as a top rated powerseller and have created multiple TRS accounts on eBay.
I will help out where I can unless the OP is opposed to that in which case I can create a different thread... new to BHW but eBay is something I've been doing for a long time.

eBay will typically side with a buyer in most disputes since eBay wants to maintain there "image" as a good buyer marketplace...
Sellers are forced to comply with eBay policies and fee increases since eBay has such a large marketplace and instant access to buyers.
Even updates like "eBay Bucks" are using money eBay earns from sellers to reward buyers with certificates they can use to come back and purchase more products on eBay.
Some would argue that giving these certificates leads to buyers returning for additional purchases and more business for sellers but I would prefer that money being used to lower fees for sellers.
Unfortunately, this is the double edged sword of eBay. If you want to take advantage of their huge buyer base you need to bite the bullet and give a lot to eBay and your customers, even if it means losing money on some transactions.

Most replica accounts have listings removed and accounts banned from eBay. As far as getting screwed, are you asking if eBay will pursue you legally?
Probably not, eBay & PayPal makes money off of sales, even sales of fakes and ripoffs... As long as they aren't getting sued by those brand name companies and are keeping the copyright holders off of their back, they let products sell all the time that shouldn't.
In other words, it's really a gamble.. it's impossible for eBay to filter and catch ever replica out there... but certain brands and products are riskier than others... with buyers reporting more auctions or copyright holders being more active about filing VERO reports and getting eBay to shut your listings down.

Are you referring to typical paypal payment holds they put on your incoming payments until your buyer leaves positive feedback or until x amount of days has passed after you prove delivery of your product?
The only way around those holds is to maintain a positive reputation. There is no set amount of sales you need but as your feedback score rises and you don't have any disputes after a while eventually they remove the holds.
If you are registered internationally or have suspicious listings/transactions go through paypal you have a bigger chance of having your payments held.

eBay verification is not that big of a deal anymore as consistent positive feedback and a good reputation is.
Services are supposed to be listed in the specialty services category.
Although some sellers do try to list in product categories as there is more traffic that routes through product categories.
What services are you looking to sell? The main thing is to be able to show your work and worth of your service within your listings then utilizing strong keywords in your title to get views on your listings.

Hm... this is a much longer answer than I could post within a reasonable amount of time.
eBay has a university section of there page that you can find eBay education specialists who teach classes on how to sell on eBay in local areas. Those classes vary in cost...
You can also find a ton of ebooks and courses online that teach you how to sell... just don't overpay for anything like that.
