Hi, I have a few questions regarding this. I've recently started dropshipping from Amazon to eBay, but am just concerned on whether any of my accounts could get banned for this? Any tips of not getting banned?
Also, I've occasionally had to dropship from eBay to eBay because the Amazon product was out of stock or price had gone up, is this safe to do?
One other thing, recently paypal have started to put a hold on SOME, not all of the items I sell from eBay. Not sure why this is, and it's really inconsistent on which items as well. Not sure what I can do?

you'll get banned if you use prime to dropship. dropshipping from ebay to ebay is generally fine, except you won't be able to submit the tracking number, which could leave you vulnerable to scammers

Thats a very good tip. Always use tracking it is usually your only defense if someone files a dispute. Plus it helps get your money released earlier than 21 days, if you have those holds on your PP account.
eBay can ban you if they think what you're doing is risky for them. For example, if you start drop shipping a bunch of ipads and iphones, they will probably ban you even if what you're selling is 100% legit.

A lot of trial and error. Try using Terapeaks free trial to help with creating a pretty good title and description.
IMO, it would be near impossible because Amazon rules are way more strict than eBay.

I am using amazon to ebay method for half year.
i know ebay requirement for top rated is to upload tracking number for at least 90% transactions .
about 1 to 4 orders from amazon tracking number is or amazon courier or ups surepost and both of them not counted to be a top rated seller.
can someone explain how other amazon dropshippers are top rated sellers?

ups surepost is an accepted method, and amazon logistics is very rare

This 10/1000 limit is killing me.
I have items listed at a 2$ profit margin, cheaper than most of the sellers by a couple cents, free shipping, etc. Some have 20-40 views but no sales.
Keep ending the items and replacing them with others every couple of days to see if they sell or check how the views look to compare what I should keep up, though I have kept some up for about a week.

What about the new Ebay product identifiers that need to be on every listing now, does anybody know if Priceyak add these as you list the item or do you have to go in and add them yourself which will be difficult because Amazon dont use EAN or UPC codes only there own.

The biggest problem with the Amazon/Ebay model (which I did very successfully until I spoke with my accountant) is the issue of taxes. According to the tax laws in the US, only the ultimate end user is supposed to pay taxes as per their local state's requirement (this varies per state in online business).
1. Even if you apply for tax free status with Amazon as a business, you'll still need to charge your clients on Ebay tax if their state requires it. PayPal keeps track of this if automatically if you charge tax on eBay. You're then required to notify each state (all have their own tax laws) and forward this tax to them. This is an accounting nightmare.
2. Because you're adding money to the amazon price to cover the eBay and PayPal fees, you'll always be charging more money to the eBay client which will result in a greater tax being charged to the eBay buyer than you pay via Amazon. Even if it's pennies per transaction, this will need to be filed with each state.
3. if you chose to pay the tax on Amazon but not charge your clients tax on eBay, then you'll be pricing yourself out of the market because you'll need to add the highest state % of tax to make the item profitable (in addition to the PayPal and eBay fees).
If anyone has a real solution to the taxes to run this legitimately, I'd love to hear it (feel free to PM me).

i wonder if any of the big sellers are foreign
My Ebay account just got suspended because they linked it with an older acc.
Should I pursue in getting this solved or just create a new stealth one.
Still, if I need to create a stealth acc where do I get a new mobile phone number and paypal ?
