I have already hosting plan on eHost and it's pretty powerful but if I start to put my videos there it would slow down the load time on all sites i have and also it would take a lot of memory. So isn't there any other method to upload videos and insert the link to the website?

I think this thread is to inflate his post count. It seems he's in a hurry to sell something.
Anyway, he advertises using a theme to grab videos from known sources and then suggests to host these videos on HostGator. This guru will quickly have your favorite porn sites sitting across from you in a court of law.
