[ask]about youtube adsense account

hi guys.. i need a help before i reach 100$ on my youtube channel i had.
first my earning is now 87$ but none of the earning show on my adsense account, i read on many site and blackhatworld all said youtube is not updating estimate revenue on adsense account anymore starting 1 april ( if im not wrong ) , but i have a friend who make a videos and get pay by youtube twice.
you see he has a channel and his youtube estimate revenue is update on adsense account, and here i am stil waiting it update for 2 month already still no luck. they said youtube will update on adsense 14th / 15th every month but still i wait and no luck..

have anyone has the same problem ? do i have to start over or keep moving on this channel ? will i get paid after i reach 100$ adsense not even asking for security number or send me a letter because my adsense account doesn't get updated,
