The top guy earns now ''already'' $0.7/hour.

Where did you find your workers? I'm looking to outsource but can't decide on what tasks I want to trust them with. What kind of tasks are you giving them? Is there a manager to manage all 8?

Is there an easy place to find those workers? How do you pay them and trust them?

How did you find filipinos willing to work for 40 cents an hour? I'm assuming you mean in USD, right? The average wage there is $4-5 an hour for most outsource work. What kind of tasks do you have them doing?

I have workers myself. Most of them are Bangladeshi, most hardworking people I've ever met. I have had a few filipinos work for me. They didn't do bad either, but the pay on average in the Philippines is generally much higher than the average for South Asian countries from my experience. I've lucked out, my workers speak decent English too.

where are you finding these workers for .4/hr? I'd like 10 please.

Where do you get your workers? I'm a Filipino freelancer myself and I can never imagine myself working for .40 an hour. That's not even enough to cover for electricity and Internet bills.

When I started, I was working for $2 an hour. That's a good rate for newbies. You're lucky to find great workers at $1 an hour.

I'll take 100 for $1 an hour.
Seriously, if they are good.

Ok, my question for you, what are you getting them to do right now? Building sites? Senuke, comments, articles?

0.4 hour, I can find but completely no skills, and very hard to learn them. What kind of work do they do for you?Average, and what I pay my workers is around $3-$5 per hour, pretty fair Price, and of course bonus is given to good work.

What do your workers do?

??? I myself, had a hard time agreeing on a $2/hour as a link builder and yet you have managed to find some that would do $0.40? what are their tasks?

Well from my experience so far, the average pay for outsourced workers seems to float from 1.5$ to 4$ per hour depending their location, skills, and level of English.

I've been severely disappointed by most of the Indian Companies/Employees I have worked with or hired, but there are definitively quite a few hard working Indians doing a good job!

I would like to know on what website did you hired your workers. I have seen 1-2usd/hr filipino workers but to find .4usd/hr would be extremely difficult. And how did you conducted the interview for your workers? Thank you.

I'm going to agree with what others have said and how can you do that to people?

It's up to the employer to decide what wage they are worth, and the fact that you are coming here and bragging about paying people so little really shows what sort of employer you are.

What if one of your workers or their family members starved to death because you paid so little?

Just my 2 cents brah!

I hired guys to do articles and if they weren't good enough to write for $2.5/3 a pop then i didn't hire them, simple. And most were able to do 10 articles in a few hours.

Nah just kidding. Still, I'm quite surprised your workers are willing to work for $0.40! How do you find em'?

Well, in all fairness to OP, no one is forcing these people to work for $0.40/hour. But sorry, that is the only nice thing I can say to you.

I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing I am paying someone $0.40/hour. I just couldn't.

$0.4/hour is low but many people in third world countries get lower working in factory or in the farms.
Maybe the op's workers are happy with what they are having.
