Seeing as the OP isnt answering, I assume he wants PMs of ppl asink where he gets em and then he gets comission or something...64$/month for a full time employee...any1 know what 64 gets u down there?

I'm pretty sure I don't want to do business with someone that seems to be proud of how little they pay their workers.

Do you express this pride to your workers, to their faces, or do you smile and lie to them and say all kinds of things that make them hate you?

I pay my Filipinos $2 an hour to start and give them a raise every month from .20-.40 depending on quality of work, and I feel bad doing it. It's just business though. I hope to get them all around $4-5 at some point. I found them on Odesk.

I have workers myself. Most of them are Bangladeshi, most hardworking people I've ever met. I have had a few filipinos work for me. They didn't do bad either, but the pay on average in the Philippines is generally much higher than the average for South Asian countries from my experience. I've lucked out, my workers speak decent English too.

I personally will not give a damn. If the worker not complaining or asking for a raise then that is their problem. I pay my worker whatever they are happy with. If they are fine with 1 cent per hour. Then so be it. I'll pay that worker 1 cent per hour. Even if I was making a million a day. I will not give a damn. Until they ask for a raise themselves. Or complain about their salary. The worker themselves need to be complaining or asking for a raise if they want more. It is not the employer fault that they are willing to work for the amount the employer ask for. If they want more money then just ask. How hard is it for the employee to ask for a raise or complain about the shitty salary they are getting.
