$0.4/hour ( 40cents/hr) and thats really just the starting wage for not really skilled Job , How much do u think guys who enter your captchas earns? Hint- even less...
I Don't really push them to work for me... If they want they can come and go, Constant bonuses keeps them happy and in their country its like the average wage, So what's wrong with that?

I would never hire people for this little amount. Maybe $3/hour I would say yes, thats ok, but not as low as $0.4 but thats just me.

Which sites do you guys prefer to get good workers from? That delivere good work and are cheap in their services. Not cheap as slavery salary because that is just not good for moral, for me in person.

If someone is happy to work for $0.01 an hour, I would gladly pay him that. But, I wouldnt bitch around the forums telling that I hire people for $0.01.

There is no reason to pay someone $100 when he is happy with 1 cent an hour given that I amnt begging him to reduce his rates to 1 cent from his standard rates.

People flaming OP have their VA/Workers from Philipines/India. Why not US or UK?

I mean, sure, I'm glad you're able to get workers to work for that pathetic amount per hour.

Just so you guys know, $0.40 here is around P16-17. That can buy you an 8 oz of Coca-Cola and a very small bag of chips (local). $0.40 can buy you 2 eggs too, lol. Simply put, that rate is ridiculous. I don't want people here to have that kind of idea regarding Filipinos.

I'm an Article Writer, and pardon me for my bravado but I honestly believe I'm one of the better writers in BHW (Fiverr seems to agree with me ). I don't know what kind of jobs you give to those guys, but honestly, that won't cut it here. A construction worker earns MORE per hour than those guys. The average pay here per hour is at least $8 for an office job. If you're a carpenter, construction worker, janitor, etc. then you can be looking at around $4 per hour (depends). I just don't get the low rates. I mean, it's fine and all, but I hope there aren't many of your kind.

I feel sorry for your workers, especially if you're already making it big in IM. You can reward them if you're already making it big. Maybe $2 per hour is reasonable if their work is really easy as you claim. Again, I'm sorry if I sound like a nosy guy or anything, but I was just shocked with the way you're paying these Filipinos.

My feeling is they are saying "I worked 6 hours today here are the articles" which they really whipped up in 2-3 hours. Thats my guess. They aren't really working for $.4/hour they are inflating their hours to make it more worthwhile for them so they can focus on other jobs to fill out their income. That is my guess on whats happening unless the OP has a rock solid way of tracking their actual time working.

I guess this is a double edged sword. You hire someone for a price you yourself would not consider, which in the end makes any CEO etc. ousourcing jobs a douchebag in a way.

But again, if they are not complaining, they get a raise etc. then they are still earning 100$ more per month than they would without working for the outsourcer...
Once u start making it a bit bigger, give them a cut...

If you really are employing people for that amount, and I highly doubt you are, then all I can say is RIP American SEO peeps. Or any other firm for that matter.
