Simply because payday loan has become the "industry standard" reference for bh SEO since someone from BHW ranked a site for it and left Matt Cutt's name in the meta description just after Google had "cleaned up" the resutls for payday loan.

BH will be always on top for Internet marketing.. And we can see that there is huge traffic over here from last couple of months..

This could be true but going after a top keyword can make a lot more money and makes the payoff worth the trouble. Everyone has different strategies, but I'd rather go after the uncompetitive niches too!
