Are we in another Bitcoin bubble? [my thoughts]

What about transaction fees? It's quite expensive

The volatility is the issue, I am pretty sure though whenever there is a dip people would be buying Bitcoin so it’s not easy to price drops, the issue is as soon as Bitcoin hits high, many people would also come selling... what are your thoughts on altcoins?
As long as bitcoin is moving up, alt coins will also move up. In fact, if you are confident of bitcoin upper growth, invest in good altcoins only.

We are definitely in a bubble. I don't think it's going to burst any time soon. One, there is way too much institutional money being pumped into Bitcoin and as soon as there is some clarity from the SEC, there are droves of other institutional investors waiting in line to throw millions/billions into Bitcoin. Two, there is a ton of money being pumped into the economy and easy credit. Most of it going to the top 1%, who are the ones who invest their cash (retail and institutional).

That being said, when this bubble bursts, it's going to be epic and will make the great depression look like a picnic. If anyone is interested, there is a great book I am currently reading called The Everything Bubble. He puts a lot of what is going on now into perspective.

Is this it?
The Everything Bubble: The Endgame for Central Bank Policy

Sounds like a good read, so I am interested to check it out.

Just ordered the book actually. Sounds like an interesting read.

When exactly did he project the bubble to pop?

I'm not to that part yet, but I don't think he really predicts when, but more how to prepare and hedge yourself financially to minimize the damage. At least that's what I'm gathering at about 150 pages in.

Bitcoin may currently be a bubble, but will definitely BECOME the digital gold. Try to see Bitcoin 10 years from where it is now - I see huge change, plus altcoins being used for a free, decentralized web.
It will surely attract fair investors, not only bubble troublers. :)

With the amount of paper money being printed every day, I don't think Crypto or Bitcoin is going anywhere, it is only going to increase in value over time.

Orange is Gold, the other is S&P500. We can see BTC is holding up nicely here. Give it some time and money will flow into the better one.

Everything has its cycle. The bear market will come but imo it's not in the near future.
