I tend to struggle with fb in the beginning more than with other social media sites.
So I have couple methods which I believe should work to get started. Your guys opinions would be awesome.
My example is a lifestyle niche.
1) Setup multiple pages with normal human names to like and the main page that you want to promote. Go to a page of a relevant competitor and post/comment in one of their new posts with your main page. Then you can very quickly like the comment with the multiple pages. This would give you 10-15 likes in 1-2 minutes as long as you don't have to search the comment each time. Or you can wait till someone comments something clever and steal the comment and out rank it quickly. Ofc this way people would have to read your username to get interested of your main page.
If your post is good others will like it and it can become n.1 comment for those who have ''most liked comments'' setting on. Allthought the page owner often deletes your comments or don't allow pictures/multiple page liking.
2) Creating multiple pages with relevant names. "lifestyle videos", "self-improvement", "lifestyle quotes" and etc... Then add same content then your main page and make your last post directing to your main account. Something like were moved to this fb page --> link.
I've done this before and sometimes I read through my notifications and the pages get 10-20 page/post likes and 100-700 page views a month.
I guess it's more benefical to keep adding the same content. I did add the same content to every page with postcron until it stopped working and after that the manual work didn't seem worth the effort.
3) Twitter follow/unfollowing and later directing people to your facebook page
