Are expired domains still worth using for SEO?

The biggest mistake is expecting an expired domain to rank by itself. You still need useful content, links, and user trust after buying it.

Expired domains can still work, but I Think the selection process is much more important now, A clean history and strong niche relevance matter more to me than age or DR alone.
 
I think expired domains can still work, but the good ones take a lot more digging to find. A clean, relevant history matters more than just the domain metrics.
 
I still think expired domains have value when the history backlinks relevance and brand signals are clean But for long term SEO a fresh domain can sometimes be the safer and more sustainable choice

Definitely still worth trying imo but I have gotten a lot more picky. When the old niches old backlinks, and old history just does not match up, I think that it is best to start from scratch.
