Apple keeping track of your device id

Hello everyone. This is my first thread ever. I've been reading on here a lot and started to take action recently. I've been wondering about a couple of things.

Say, i review an app on the app store (Apple). What information does Apple get from that? Do they link my device id to the review? And what about the account itself, is that also linked to my device id, or possibly even my ip address?

You can link and dislink about 5 apple devices from a particular id within the itunes store.

They get all the information you provide and keep up to date.
