App Store Optimizations (ASO) - Keywords strengthening, rate & review automation

My name is John, and this is my very first post on BHW, so I apologize if it is somewhat misplaced. I want to be clear that I am a complete rookie on both black hat and white hat stuff, but I am eager to learn, especially are my interests through black and white hat magic towards the mobile app world.

Therefore, I have 2 questions regarding App Store Optimization (ASO):

1) Is there anyone who has or can create bots, scripts or other resources to ramp up/strengthen App Store keywords for apps. Keywords on apps and their rankings are after my understanding similar to SEO, how many times that specific keywords is searched and how many times user clicks on your app through that keyword. The goal is obviously if you have a photo app and you use the keywords "photo" on your app, that your app ranks highest when a user search for "photo" etc. (I'm not sure if search and traffic is the only factor here, maybe actual downloads are factored in as well)

2) Does anyone have bots or services for boosting ratings and reviews / automated process through proxy's etc to simulate real users from different countries to give your apps 5 star ratings and reviews, in an automated and/or bulk process?

I'm writing this because I couldn't find anything about ASO here on BHW. Maybe I used wrong words when searching, or for all I know ASO is not what BHW is all about, and if not, could someone point me to a forum that is?

For ASO, google for tools that help you do this. There are a lot of great tools that can help you do this. But at the end, it is you that can do the real magic.
