For those wondering whether Paddle usually reply to emails and live chat. Yes they do.
Though it took about 48 hours before I got a reply in email (don't know why). However, their live chat is helpful almost immediately via my dashboard. You just have to target when they are most likely available via live chat (haven't figure this yet).

A big NO to paddle.com and their service support is very poor. They suspended my account for selling PBN links and hold my money for 3months. After a 3rd month, I didn't receive the money and I contacted their CEO via LinkedIn he didn't check my messages. So I start sending a message to all their employees and I got my money back.

I don't have any refund in my account. My hold amount was $400. I have talked to another guy who has the same issue he still he didn't receive the amount (His hold amount was $1000+)

Guys if you want to sell something on paddle you should check out this list first: https://paddle.com/support/what-products-am-i-not-allowed-to-sell-on-paddle/ there are a lot of things that you are not allowed to sell on there.

You are right about this. I asked their support team to confirm. They allow only digital products that can be delivered automatically to your clients without having to follow up with them via email. I wanted to receive payment of sponsored posts and advertisements.
Unfortunately, it falls in their unsupported products list because they define it as HUMAN SERVICE which you must follow up your client's via email to deliver to them (article, link, media buys etc). In fact, they prohibit sharing of files directly between seller and buyer.
However, they are cool and can help you convert well with their buyer interface. If your account suddenly get suspended they it's most likely they seller's fault.
The rule is simple, ply it cool. Sell what they support. Ebooks, softwares, subscriptions, and creatives.

Started making sales with them this month itself. I made two sales off my ebook. $57 each, total $95 after tax removal. I believe I should get paid the gross total earnings I will accrue till 30th this month, on the 15th of next month.
I'm positive and see nothing to worry about.

Yes I always get my money from Paddle. Don't believe the lies n fake reviews all over the internet. Just try and see if it also works for you. The end.
