2checkout rejected my application thrice and it's complete hassle for me submitting documents all the time only to get a rejection email. Also I saw a thread randomly where some people don't say good things about them.

Stripe is no no for me. My country isn't in their list of supported countries.

I have a stealth PayPal account. But I am afraid of horror stories that may happen to it with money inside one day. The PP business acct is working fine with my residential proxies and all cautious move. But isn't this single gateway beast headache and risky to people using stealth acct like me?

I have used all the money in PP to buy VPS renew VPS plans months ahead. $13 left inside now.

Not everyone client is using Payoneer.

About 48 hours aago, I discovered Paddle as it is a 2 in 1 gateway solution. Glad they help sellers accept PayPal and Credit/Debit card payment without you having a PayPal account or Credit/Debit card merchant ID. I have set up my Paddle account with zero document required. About 2 days now, hassle-free :D

Anyone using Paddle? I just wanted to be sure I am making the at least a fair choice.

It depends on your line of business and also they do not work with service businesses.

Also, I'd like to know why 2checkout reject you?

What is your line of business?
Digital downloads is what I wanted to sell with 2checkout. Though my site is about brain supplements. And it's a small business, affiliate marketing through the blog.

Digital downloads and selling affiliate products related to brain boosting.
Please, what do you mean by service businesses?

Why did 2Checkout reject you?

My business model isn't supported by them. "Digital downloads that have to do with selling of miracles or something like that that can't be guaranteed" LOL. Can't really quote their email but that's the grasp. My ebook was written as such. I am not convinced, people still email me to ask questions what exactlytthey are buying [via credit card and Amazon]. And they need it to make stuff work. Yes, never got a charge back.

And also merely seeing Nootropics in my blog looks like a no no to 2checkout. But I won't be using them to sell nutra, anyway.

Im about to apply for 2checkout. Following this thread just because.

And Paddle, i heard of them but for some reason gave up. I think my country is not supported by Paddle, not sure. I need to check them out again.

Have you tried Shoutly.com yet? Shoutly can help you sell via PayPal and Credit card without hassles.

I have made sales with them, honestly. Though you can sell only digital downloads and softwares. No physical products allowed just like Paddle.

It tends to support your country. Payout is vial PayPal, Bank wire/ACH. Their support usually respond within 24 hours Better than Paddle support.

But I prefer Paddle because they have a lot of checkout customizations you can self-host their API as per your customizations. And I like the checkout experience. And auto converting customers who abandoned cart, with their auto reminder via email.

Plus paddle has more than just two digital products or services allowed in their interface. Ebook, software, courses, creative [eg corel draw stuff like painting, art] and option other to add your own.

Paddle does have invoicing feature. However, I have implemented the integration of their checkout interface with my invoicing app.

Perhaps then PayPal, Authorize.net and Paddle suits you?

Authorize doesn't work in my country. My PayPal is stealth and I am afraid of limit, and go-bring-your-5-documents sad messages, even though all precautions and measures to prevent a limit or ban are in place properly.

Yes Paddle looks like what I've been looking for. I like Shoutly too but their button-script load slowly on my website and can't work with my invoice either, since they don't provide you a link. Just a script to install.

Unless you want to host your products with them and then add the product link in your site [I am not a big fan of sending my 200,000+ monthly readers away].

And Shoutly pays after 60 day. Hell! Who would wait that long? I haven't even cash out my first earnings because it's not up to 60 days. My money still in my dashboard :D:D:D

You may want to give Shoutly a shot, anyway.

Have tried paddle before for almost a year before switching to gumroad. The only reason was monthly payout as compared to gumroad's weekly payout. Both are good though and can pay you in your PP account or bank account.

Thank you for the information. At least, paddle can force me to save up to a reasonable amount of money before actually cashing out.

I am not interested in Gumroad. They charge you for using their service monthly instead of pro-rata basis [per transaction] in Paddle. Correct me if I am wrong. I won't mind the cost in Paddle since sale isn't guaranteed regarding my products. If I make 15 sales a month, cool. If less than that, cool too.

How long does it take Paddle support team to respond to emails? Do they have Skype?

One more thing please:

I don't understand the VAT fee in Paddle website. I am a blogger, just a virtual business (not registered of course). Will Paddle still take away VAT from my sales? What's your experience with fees in Paddle?

We're using Paddle for our whole international business for 4-5 months. Ask me anything.

I don't pay gumroad any fee for using their service. I was a paying customer before but later switched to free one. You can use it for free, don't have to pay $10 per month.

Paddle team support is right inside the dashboard. Ask them a question and they respond within few hours or a day max. Not longer than that. Don't know anything about skype

You can either charge the customer VAT or let them take it from you. So if you price your product at $15, you have two options regarding VAT - Either let paddle collect 13% (or whatever amount) on $15 so your customer pays ($15 + 13% of $15) or you ask your customer to pay $15 total (no vat) but paddle will take away 13% from your $15 as VAT.

I switched mainly because of weekly payouts otherwise fee is more or less the same. Also in paddle payout is 15th of next month so it's a long wait for me. You can stick if you like seeing your money accumulate.

And yes their support team is quite good. Had an issue once regarding payment which was sent to wrong paypal email (mine only). They couldn't help me with it but their response throughout was very comforting sort of.

Thanks for sharing about paddle , even I was looking for payment gateway for digital downloads . Let me try once .

Many thanks. But I can't use Gumroad based on their seller requirement that I must have a verified PayPal account if I licmve outside of USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.

It's been over 72 hours [since last Friday] and Paddle didn't respond to my email. Though it's weekend now so I will wait 2 more business days before I draw my conclusion.

My pleasure.

Let's thank the BlackHatWorld community.

How long for payouts? Just curious and what happened when clients chargeback through PayPal? Just registered though
I am not sure about charge backs. You will have to be careful what you sell to avoid charge backs. And please, maybe you write an FAQ and put a contact email in the your product page to clear buyers doubt and complaint (see sample: https://www.neuroscientia.com/p/cognitive-test.html). You don't want another headache.

Someone in this thread/page says 15th of every month (in his experience).

Can you please reply to these two questions:

In your experience how long does it take Paddle support team to respond to emails?

Do they have Skype?

They reply in ~12 hours in most cases, I have never experienced a response time more than 24 hours.

They don’t have Skype support (at least for our account), but they have live chat on their dashboard. (It’s not live for a portion of day)
