I need to buy a VPS hosting with servers in the US.
Which VPS hosting are you using and what's your experience? Please I am not interested in shared hosting.

Ovh is one of biggest players in hosting industry. Overall good quality per dollar spent.
 
I'm using OVH. They're a great provider, unless you want support.

Their support is basically non-existent. They had an accident in one of the data centers (search Strasbourg Datacenter Fire Accident). Basically, everything was burnt to the ashes. I asked their support and after two weeks, they said, unfortunately, as you haven't had a backup plan with us, all of your data is lost. Please buy backup for your next purchase.

Ovh, DigitalOcean, Linode, Racknerd are some of the services I have used for US hosting and they have been all great.
 
With ovhcloud, remember not to check "automatic renewal", if you have not set a "payment method", because if you do not wish to renew it and this box is checked, they will renew it automatically, and will you send disputes for payment with the threat of a bailiff!

I have never criticized the quality of the services, I have been there for +10 years, and I am very satisfied with it, the only problem is the automatic renewal when you forget to uncheck the box... I have this problem at the moment with them. And regarding my account, I have just found my old account when I started the cpa, I am obliged to justify myself while my information can save some people from having to pay for a service that they no longer need
 
I used OVHcloud before, their UI and CS is so slow. So i moved to Contabo, Contabo has faster support but you need to call them or message them via email
 
ITS THE WORST COMPANY EVER .... NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE ! Run away from ovh

i want to talk to their customer support but no repsonse i was on hold and got no replay can you tell me which plan you are on at ovh i am really interested to know

I have more then 10 tickets to them ... only response: we send ticket to priority ... NEVER IN MY LIFE I WILL DO NOT ORDER FROM OVH AGAIN. After a quick research i see thousand of complains against them.. someone need sue them
