anyone using cpalead?

is there anyone using cpalead nowadays? they have verry good offers for my region but i heard they're kinda dead now.. missing payments, awful support..
if so. can anyone give me some good alternative network for content locking

I still use them however they stopped paying now which is very frustrating.
