tryna make new instagram / facebook but it keeps giving me an error saying cant complete, try again in a moment everytime. any solutions?

Either your IP, your user agent, or the phone/email that you're using to register the account is getting flagged. Judging by the fact it's saying "try again in a moment" as opposed to leading directly to a captcha, I'm inclined to say it's your IP.

clear cache / 4g proxy / use privacy mode, try again .

Something is definitely up. Election is on the way, might be cracking down on new spammy looking accounts.

Always had the most success using the Facebook app on my phone to make accounts on a 4G proxy.
