Anyone else have issues indexing Weebly sites ?

For the last several months suddenly I have noticed issue with indexing Weebly sites on Google. I did not have the issue in years past, not sure what the problem is. It can range from the site NEVER getting indexed period. To a weird sandbox type phenomenon, where the Google Search Console lists the site as indexed and you can site: search it to find it but when you search keywords for the site it's as if it never exists. And then sometimes the sites index fine, I have had all three of these scenarios with my latest 3 sites I made on there.

I searched around and seen other people on google talking about this issue but couldn't find a real answer to why this is or how to fix it just the usual basic seo suggestions.

Anyone else experience this with weebly sites ?
