Hey folks,
I’m exploring the idea of launching a crypto-based online casino using open-source tools - ideally something that can be bootstrapped or launched in a “gray” way without huge upfront investment or licenses.
I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience doing this:
• What platform or framework did you use? (StakeCMS, CasinoChain, custom?)
• How did you handle wallet integration, game logic, fairness?
• Was it possible to launch without formal licensing, maybe as a crypto-only, offshore, low-KYC setup?
• What was your initial cost to get something live (dev, hosting, payouts, etc.)?
• Any landmines or legal issues to be aware of even in a lean MVP?
Also, I'm launching products for years, if anyone is a full stack dev interested in co-building something like this, I’d love to connect and possibly partner. The goal is to start lean, launch fast, and see how far we can push it.
