Hello,

What do you think if we mention among all ways of paying less taxes on our profits? Tips, hacks, tricks, etc.

I am referring to legal way to pay less taxes, LEGAL.

PS: let's exclude the typical "charge in cryptocurrencies" this method is already clear XD

Yes, I had already consulted it.

But I am referring to specific tricks, for example, that at the end of the year, before the end of the year you top up your Google ADS account and then invest it in advertising, so you will leave your bank account with a very small figure and the tax will be minimal.

This kind of trick.

For Tax Advice, it is probably best to talk to an accountant.

Thread moved.

First of all, you should let us know where you and your business are located. You can't really mix and match tax laws from different countries.

Secondly, you can most likely find a lot of these tax tricks for your country on Google. If you need more than that, you're probably making good enough money to invest in an accountant who can help you.

Just my opinion, but if you are making sums that don't allow you to invest in an accountant, your time would most likely be spent more wisely on improving your business rather than trying to find tax 'tricks' that might get you a few grand a year.

Since you asked for general advice:

Move to a location with no tax or very low tax.

Some examples:

Phillipines 0%
Cyprus 0%
Bulgaria 10%

All those locations are compatible with disregarded US/CA LLCs (means, profit only taxed in the location you are in).

Your tax situation will be unique to your business. As others have mentioned, without knowing your specific situation there is no way to answer this question.

One thing I will say, you asked how to pay less taxes on profits. Legally speaking this is impossible. Corporate and self/employed tax rates are strictly set by your governement and you cannot legally get around them. Its not like an accountant checks some box and your profit is taxed at 25% instead of 50%.

However, where there is some discretion is how your profit is calculated. Namely, the more expenses you have, the less taxable profit there will be, even with the same amount of gross income. Many people pay more taxes than they need to because they mistakenly report more profit than they actually made. This is what I recommend looking into - with a qualified accountant (theyre really not that expensive)

When you have a company you can expense a ton of crap through it. Everyone does it.

Thank you. I know, but it's been an unforeseen failure

Yes, the problem is that many strategies that many people use, there are a lot of advisors who do not recommend it to you so as not to catch your fingers.

I'm in Spain, and the Spanish Treasury is worse than your mother when you're a child, she chases you even in hell and anything that is something strange, but even if it's legal, there it is, you fine you and then invest time and money in justifying that LEGAL that you've done.

The Treasury workers in Spain are going to commission the fines they put, I won't tell you more hahahaha

Think about hireing a person or several with disabilities, usually you don't pay taxes on them and you also get lower overall taxes, they don't have to work, just have them on paper. Talk to your accountant first.

Are you really saying it? haha

Will anyone still pay taxes in 2024? :D
Unfortunately we have to continue paying the **** of all our politicians. :weep:

Or just do it like nike does, have 2 companies, one offshore and you pay for branding to the offshore one so that your local company has 0 profit
