First of all, you should let us know where you and your business are located. You can't really mix and match tax laws from different countries.

Secondly, you can most likely find a lot of these tax tricks for your country on Google. If you need more than that, you're probably making good enough money to invest in an accountant who can help you.

Just my opinion, but if you are making sums that don't allow you to invest in an accountant, your time would most likely be spent more wisely on improving your business rather than trying to find tax 'tricks' that might get you a few grand a year.

Since you asked for general advice:

Move to a location with no tax or very low tax.

Some examples:

Phillipines 0%
Cyprus 0%
Bulgaria 10%

All those locations are compatible with disregarded US/CA LLCs (means, profit only taxed in the location you are in).

Your tax situation will be unique to your business. As others have mentioned, without knowing your specific situation there is no way to answer this question.

One thing I will say, you asked how to pay less taxes on profits. Legally speaking this is impossible. Corporate and self/employed tax rates are strictly set by your governement and you cannot legally get around them. Its not like an accountant checks some box and your profit is taxed at 25% instead of 50%.

However, where there is some discretion is how your profit is calculated. Namely, the more expenses you have, the less taxable profit there will be, even with the same amount of gross income. Many people pay more taxes than they need to because they mistakenly report more profit than they actually made. This is what I recommend looking into - with a qualified accountant (theyre really not that expensive)
