Any twist with link cloaking with clickbank?

I have a product from clickbank to promote. I shorten that promote link with clickmeter. Then I went to a cloaker site to link cloaking. They gave me HTML and PHP pages, which I can upload to my host server.
I have question:-
1. I know to upload HTML , but How can I use that PHP page(if I want to use PHP page)?
2. If I don't have any website, but only have that HTML page which open the vendor's website(perhaps redirects it to there), Can I use any twist or tricks to make money with that instead of simply promoting and using PPC.

You should be able to upload and use the php page the same way as the html page (if the php page should be executed).
