Any Plugin That Can Do This Magic! ?

I have seen a website that is using normal Newspaper x Theme, but once this website is visited on mobile, then it loads like an app (First the posts can be navigated through swipe!, if you swipe left or right, one is able to navigate directly to either previous post or next post, so no need to scroll down, just swiping!, )

also, once using the site on mobile it seems that the website downloads the content (Posts) in the background to the visitors mobile (If visited via mobile, then disabled the internet connection a bunch of posts that was in the view point can be navigated through and read normally as if there was internet,), i have seen PWA doing some thing similar to this, but it seems the site is far more superior to normal pwa which loads very few posts with out internet, this can load categories and posts normally!.

any one who knows, how this is done, kindly enlighten us

the swiping feature of this plugin is functioning as a page return (Back button) and forward but not between posts as in next post even if I have not yet viewed that post.

anyways it has a lot of other cool features as I just read about it and I will test it.
