Any good Windows pay per install affiliate networks?

I'm looking for some Windows pay per install affiliate networks.
I tried signing up for CPINAP and CInstaller, but it looks like they're not really accepting new publishers anymore unless you already have a lot of traffic.
Does anyone know of any other networks that still have Windows desktop install offers?
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Most of the public desktop PPI networks are pretty much dead or gone private these days because Windows Defender and SmartScreen make it a nightmare to get installs now. CPINAP and CInstaller have been tight on approvals for a while. You might want to check out PinapFile or even some of the PPD networks like FileDM if they are still taking people. The rates on desktop PPI have dropped a lot though unless you have tier 1 search traffic... honestly your best bet is finding a private network on Skype, most of the active ones dont even have public sign up pages anymore.
