Any genuine High Risk CC processor??

Although it not not impossible but it is difficult to convince buyer to pay on different platform for different product like on fiverr.
A new buyer would probably become suspicious and would run away.

Also if you can convince buyer for fiverr then you should be able to convince him for Paypal payment as well.

trust me if someone want somethink there pay anyway possable.
 
You can see it a bit differently a kind of think out the box.
First keep using your usual way to promoted and sell your products or services.
Secondly, build a cover website with non high risk products to be accepted by any good payment processor.
Third, redirect your customers to the "cover" website payment page.

That's it, cheap and easy.

you will probably have to relay on some blackhat processor, which should be find by hand and i can give you that,
finding and maintaining those merchants can be a full time job (we have people in our company that do this full time)

take in account that those "Merchants" will have only 50-70% success rate regarding completing your transactions.
