Hi,
I sell beauty (creams) products globally from India. Some of the products I sell require a prescription in the USA. I have been struggling past 1.5years to find a proper payment gateway for my store. I have used many PayPal and all ended of getting limited. Even used skrill but skrill doesn't accept and was blocked. I can't use bitcoin because many customers don't want to pay using bitcoin.
So looking for a solution here. I'm really helpless now because that website my main source of earning. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Thank you

Hi,

Is your business also located in India? (or you, just when you sign up with a PSP)

youre talking about Medium to High risk processing.

you will probably have to relay on some blackhat processor, which should be find by hand and i can give you that,
finding and maintaining those merchants can be a full time job (we have people in our company that do this full time)

take in account that those "Merchants" will have only 50-70% success rate regarding completing your transactions.

anyone have it inform me too. im struggle to find real cc payment processor for nutra, cream, high risk business.
thx

I am looking for a merchant solution like this

If you want to suggest a merchant, post in here.

I was thinking of marketing it differently and getting under the radar of the stripe/PayPal etc.
I.e. if the products are made of naturals, then can manufacture in US under a legitimate brand, however the shipping for international orders could come from other locations.
Depending on product the upfront costs are $10-30k

Another idea is to be the supplier for smaller drop shippers. This way you reduce number of transactions and shift the risk to the drop shippers.

In any situation try to find a solution that is not straightforward (I.e. merchant account or processor) try to look at a bigger picture and redesign your business processes. Otherwise you will keep hitting the same obstacles.

If your volume is high like $100K per month you may find one but if volume is low then 3rd party payment processing is the only option possible.

I was looking for someone like this a few months back. But didn't have any success. Had to finally abandon the whole project.

Sorry to know that but even if you are not able to get approval for payment processor no need to abandon the project.
Search for the 3rd party payment processors, build good transactions volume and then apply for the own payment gateway.

With high volume most of the high risk payment processors would be happy to provide you their service.

you can join a fivver and ask the user to pay under fivver then ship it .

of course there be a heigher charge then paypal ect .

but it one way.
