Any experts in Blackhat Google Shopping Ads? Need help.

Hey guys,

I have been researching a niche (Replica) I work in for a while now and I see someone selling similar products on Google Shopping Ads and was wondering how they are able to do it.
What I notice is they are able to reach the top of the Google Shopping list for the item every day, their store name and domain changes almost daily, but the content of the websites are identical.
All the new domain/website changed daily redirects to their real site (probably through cloaking).
Does anyone know whether Google ads and merchant center new accounts are reviewed manually or automatically? It seems very unlikely because if it's a manual review the account would've been banned instantly.

Anyone is experienced in running grey/black hat Google Shopping ads?

I believe so as well, and they are able to get listed on surface across google as well (Google shopping tab list).

I just wonder how they are the only one kisted for the product, if this works it would've been saturated with these accounts.

Man they know how to manipulate google maybe they use cloaking and other stuff to hide things from Google

google ads + merchant center are 90% automatic reviews nowadays, so if you can slip trough you're good with campaigns.

But since you said they change shop names daily, probably burning trough a lot of accounts and vcc.
