any advice on crypto?

Man, Bitcoin and sometimes Monero (I love XMR!).

The rest is just a gamble.

Hey there! It really depends on your goals and risk tolerance. If you're looking for quick profits and have time to analyze the market daily, short-term trading (like day trading or swing trading) could be an option, but it’s definitely riskier and requires a good understanding of charts and market trends.

For beginners, long-term holding (HODLing) is usually safer, especially if you focus on established cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH). These have a track record and are less volatile compared to smaller altcoins.

To minimize risks, diversify your portfolio—don’t put all your funds into one coin. Also, never invest more than you can afford to lose, and consider using a secure wallet (like hardware wallets) for storage. Lastly, take time to research projects before investing; hype isn’t always a sign of quality. Good luck!

Hey, I’m a bit confused about where to start with crypto investments. Would you recommend going for short-term trading or is long-term holding better? And which cryptocurrencies should I focus on as a beginner? Also, any tips on how to minimize risks?
I will suggest ling term holding. Fortune is to be made there.

It's best to learn all the coins carefully, know its platform and understand it before investing, because there are many junk coins that you can be scammed and lose money, take a few courses or learn on google and Youtobe before investing, good luck to you)

Put some hours to research what crypto is and technology behind it. Then if you have some money aside you can start investing, never put the money that you're not ready to lose, markets are very volatile, learn what market cycles are etc

Go for long term trading, higher chances of profit and less headache on mind.

Wether you’re going short- or longterm depends on which cryptocurrencies you’re looking to invest in, anything top 10 in terms of MC can be considered for long term (BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL) - anything lower should probably be held based on cycle momentum (altseason).

Personally if you’re not looking to spend a huge amount of time on staying up to date on everything around crypto news, i’d advice just doing a steady DCA into BTC and keep a long term vision.
