Any advice for not getting perma banned?

Hey doods! I'm sorta new to the whole blackhat scene. I recently got permabanned from a website. Basically, every time I try to make an account there, it gets immediately banned. Is there any way for me to circumvent this? My budget is around $50. I've tried:

1.) Using multiple private proxies on browser/mobile/Bluestacks.
2.) Using different browsers.
3.) Using a mobile device/Bluestacks and changing device settings.

I just want to be able to make a REAL account there. It doesn't have any links, nothing NSFW, or anything promoting an item. The site is similar to Facebook and ideally, I would want to use it on a mobile device.

I'm not quite sure what I should be searching for to find this solution. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate it.

You don't need to keep the site in question to be a puzzle. Just name the fцcкїиg site and there are pros in this forum who can tell you how to вaиg it up.
