    this so called 'law' by these ISP is just a no brainer from the very start...first of all nearly 90% of ppl online download shit from warez sites...second u coudl easily blackmail some 1 by forcing them to download shit "illegaly".....we should all go to kickstarter and start a bid to form a Universal ISP that no one can tell us shit..period!

    Just ignore the copytard cartel. VPNs are cheap. Torrentfreak did a great roundup of VPNs that dont log anything.

    It's true.

    The U.S. government is giving incentives to companies (they can't be prosecuted about this, ever) that participate in the "X strikes" plan. They also were blackmailing France to do the same thing with an embargo or some other form of removing trade with other countries. The government is bought by Hollywood execs, so they want to keep their archaic empire alive for as long as it can be dragged along.

    If you wish to bypass it, just use a VPN or seedbox+sftp in another country.
